Product Manager – Industrial Automation
Position Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Product Manager with strong technical and commercial
expertise in industrial automation products such as HMI, PLC, Servo Systems, and IoT Gateways.
The role involves driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and delivering
advanced automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1 Drive end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, lead qualification, and
deal closure.
2 Conduct detailed technical discussions with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients.
3 Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and solution proposals.
4 Design customized automation solutions based on client requirements and industry
applications.
5 Develop pricing strategies and handle techno-commercial negotiations effectively.
6 Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
7 Collaborate with engineering and support teams for seamless project execution.
8 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive after-sales engagement.
9 Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities.
10 Train clients and internal teams on product usage and technical capabilities.
