- Area sales manager will be responsible for establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers (Mechatronics Sales such as shaft, bearings, gearboxes, rack n pinions, Guideways experience will be added advantages)
- Understanding Customers Requirements and ensures that the service has been deliver accordingly
- Responsible for driving sales in particular territory
- Looking for channel partner for business development and maintaining good rapport with then to increase potential.
- Training them to handle CRM Software for Adding followups and seeing quotations regularly.
- Coordinating with Sales engineers about their new potential customers and merging them in CRM software on daily basis.
- Responsible for achieving their target as well as their team member target
- ASM will be responsible for their respective team members Targets, Training need, Performance, Motivation, Visits, Closing the deals
- ASM will keep tab on his members for each and every work given and get it done on timely basis.
- ASM is answerable to the management for his respective sales engineers’ visits, under performance, meeting deadlines.
- ASM will be responsible for educating and training the distributors or channel partners on new products/technology comes by conducting meetings with our Technical Person
- ASM will be responsible for analyzing training need for the distributors and there Engineers and scheduling the training program with the help of HR
- After Every Exhibition ASM needs to convert the Exhibition directories in to Excel sheet and sent it to the distributor and has to do the regular followups with the customers
