Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer with experience in the dental laboratory ecosystem and dental equipment sales. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of artificial teeth manufacturing procedures, dental lab workflows, and lab equipment operations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Dental Milling Machines and Intra Oral Scanner sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business opportunities within Dental Labs, Clinics, and Dental Institutions.
- Promote and sell dental lab equipment, dental milling machines, intra oral scanners, and related solutions.
- Build strong relationships with Dental Lab owners, technicians, dentists, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Generate new leads and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with service and application teams for successful installation and customer support.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business and references.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the dental industry.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good knowledge of Artificial Teeth manufacturing procedures and Dental Lab ecosystem.
- Hands-on exposure to Dental Lab equipment and workflows.
- Prior experience working closely with Dental Labs.
- Strong technical understanding of Dental Lab equipment.
- Experience in sales of Dental Milling Machines or Intra Oral Scanners will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Dental Technology, or related field.
- Candidates from Dental Lab or Dental Equipment industry background preferred.
Experience
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Dental Equipment Sales / Dental Lab Solutions.
- Candidates with proven sales track record in CAD/CAM Dental Solutions will be preferred.
